Cresce internet, ma è considerato meno affidabile, mentre la tv in Italia resiste a internet per l'informazione. Il 68,8% delle persone, infatti, utilizza il piccolo schermo per questo scopo tutti i giorni.

Ovviamente la rete fa la sua parte ed è in crescita, usata dal 41,8% delle persone, quotidianamente per le news, sebbene l'affidabilità percepita delle fonti informative online rimanga mediamente inferiore rispetto a quella riscontrata per le fonti tradizionali.

Emerge anche una scarsa tendenza ad informarsi dei più giovani così come delle fasce con minor reddito ed istruzione.
